This basic Local Memorandum of Understanding entered into, to supplement
the nationally negotiated Agreement, represents and constitutes an Agreement
between the Salt Lake City, Utah, Post Office and the following organization
of employees of the Salt Lake City, Utah Post Office, identified as the:
for the prupose of collective bargaining with respect to local personnel policies and practices and working conditions.
B. This Agreement has no force and effect with respect to employees in craft units not represented by the Organization party to this Memorandum.
1.2 This Memorandum covers all Mail Handler Craft employees in any facility under the jurisdiction of the Salt Lake City Post Office who are represented by the National Postal Mail Handlers Union, Local 332, Salt Lake Branch.
